What do you mean by health food store?

I use young coconuts from Thailand, real aloe, this special cactus, a raw evaporated crystallized cane with molasses in it for the clean feeding of bacteria, organic oats to feed fungus, and all the fruits and veggies make the castings, the milk makes the lactobacillus, the alfafa and medicinal inputs gets fed to the rabbit, all from the healthy section/store. Then any excess hits the outdoor compost, but they don't sell aeration, although maybe you can get them to import rice hulls, and they got charcoal and the seaweed flour could have dual-purposes too, lol, not to mention good water.

Health food store like Holland and Barrett in the UK. I was leaning more towards growing a single plant in soil and making up a nute regimen literally using stuff I can find in said health food store. Sounds like you're about as organic as is possible do tesla. Props to you. I have nothing against using off the shelf nutes btw just wondering what peoples thoughts were and if anyone had tried it. More so the people with less accessibility to proper grow stuff. Again I have no issue getting the stuff I need but I still want the knowledge......

PS if that reads like nonsense it's because I'm high af

Peace ✌

make compost, raise worms, mix with your dirt out side, add perlite if you can, add homemade biochar if you want something more natural than perlite (although perlite is just a crushed volcanic rock if i recall correctly). look into bokashi gardening if you are in a really urban setting. it will provide you a sanitary way to compost on your balcony in a tight spot.

i feel as thought you would spend bookoo amounts of money if you bought everything at the health food store, at least in my area, the health food stores are geared towards those with expendable income and think we are just fucking retards and will charge 1000x more for the same thing. shits not even organic certified most of the time

Coconuts from Thailand is what I dream of... when I'm there it's at least 2 per day.

I'd rather start something if its that bad, or do what the hippies do, and collect leaves make bio char from corn stalks, shoot, id just try hinge my grow on a plant nursery who doubles up before a "health food store" whose model is to make 10x on things found in nature. But if thats all you have, as unfortunate as that would be, then you still have charcoal, aloe, and a few herbs.. just gotta double check the forms cause yeah, not ideal 90% of the time.. the vitamins and minerals for example, I would think would be fairly acidic, I know they make me puke sometimes.. the more natural you can go the happier the plants will be I think. Just ask your stores to carry what you want, and often times they will, especially if you call from different phones and ask them, in different voices, lol, that will get it in fast. lol
