Has anyone else had problems with Nirvana and shipping?

Hi all. I placed an order last week with Nirvana. They were great about sending me updates until Friday, when it reached step #7 in their list (which says it was being picked up by their courier and sent for shipping). I just tried to log into their site to see if I could open what they call a "support ticket" to ascertain about which day it might be coming, but it says their server is down and that . ... blah blah blah.

Has anyone else had this experience? I'm just concerned for obvious reasons.

Yeah in the past I had updates from Nirvana then it stopped and I never received the seeds at all. Months later they got back to me with a list of scenarios and would not issue me a refund or replacement seeds. I am glad attitude seeds are around they have yet to fail me.
 
Mud on my face. They did arrive today. So they appear to be telling the truth that something's just out of whack with their email/server.
