Couldn't find a topic in here about this website so created a thread to share my experience and for others to post theirs!

Here's my experience... I'm in the UK...

I Ordered a packet of 8 seeds that were priced at less than 4 seeds, which seemed odd. I didn't really think about it until after I'd paid and decided to email to check it wasn't an error and that id actually receive the packet of 8. Turns out it was under priced. They honoured the price and said they'd send me out 8 seeds still and gave me a 5% off voucher for my next order.

Then, I realised I'd typed my old post code in with my new street name, so emailed to see what they thought about where it would go to. Luckily for me there had been a minor delay due to increase of orders so i was able to update the post code. They were very apologetic for the delay srill. I Probably wouldn't have even noticed the delay on there side if I hadn't of messed up my post code. They also said they would send me some freebies for the delay and gave me a further 20% off on my next order.

I'm very happy with the freebies that have been sent, got a nice mix. Also very happy with the response time for emails and considering there was a delay it still came about as quick as I expected it to anyway.

Would defiantly recommend using them. I'll be ordering again for sure.

And you can order Southern Star Seeds from them, an Australian breeder which is great for us Aussies as their seeds are posted locally

Have got to say these guys and gals at haze.io have to be the kindest seed bank I have ever encountered,

my story goes like this I ordered a 5 pack of seeds germinated all 5 exactly the same and not one sprouted, was kinda disappointed but had some back up seeds to take their place. So I messaged Jay from haze.io via RIU just to let him know the score and he said he would think of a way to compensate me... There i was thinking oh he will send me a couple more seeds of the same strain or something... then this unknown package arrived on my doorstep, I opened it up to find some free seeds not just 1 or 2 but 6 vials with 10 seeds in total! I was very very impressed. I wasn't expecting to get anything like this, I have no intentions of shopping for seeds for a while now but when I do I'll be returning to haze.io for all my seed needs!

I have to say, www.Haze.io - www.Cannabisseedsforsale.com made it VERY easy to place an order! This is my first order from them and the level of customer service provided by @JayBaker was OUTSTANDING. To make a somewhat long story short, I was in the market for a few new seeds when the promo for Valentines Day came up, I have not ordered from Haze.io before, but had surfed the site a few times checking out the strains offered. The prices they have are great, great variety and breeders too. So, with the Valentines Promo, Jay was on top of it, even with the time differences, I received my discount code quickly. I thought I knew what I wanted so I loaded the cart, entered my code then changed my mind a few to many times, so the code became inactive. Jay was right on it for me and made sure the code was re-activated quickly! Lesson learned, by this old man, do your research and know what you want before you load your cart time and time again, but if www.Haze.io - www.Cannabisseedsforsale.com didn't have such a wide selection to pick from, maybe this old man wouldn't have screwed it up... The order process was quick and easy, no fuss, no muss or anything plus stealth is already included! I hit the order button and before I could finish reading the order complete page, I received my email confirmation, mind you, this was technically after hours for them since the time difference to the U.S.put it about 2:00am their time. With other places I have waited a couple of days for the order confirmation which can be unsettling at times, I didn't have to wait with Haze.IO! I know I will be placing another order with them in the near future, customer service like this will keep me coming back for sure.

I've never ordered seeds before. Been growing for 12 years.... I've always trolled sites for reputable seed banks and always came back with the same few. All with mixed reviews. To be honest, I don't eve remember how I stumbled across haze.io. Boy am I glad I did though! It has honestly been the best experience ever ordering these seeds. I was worried ordering from overseas versus just grabbing some seeds at the cannabis cup. I placed an order of about 70 seeds and was skeptical about acctually getting them or just plain getting ripped off. Almost immediately after placing an order I received a personal email confirming my order. Then an email the next day confirming they sent sent them out and a tracking number. I was impressed shipped the next day. I emailed Flo, and thanked their company for being so awesome and on top of shipping. Thshippingbsaid it could be up to 2 weeks to receive. I received my order in full in 7-8 days! It acctually sat in my mailbox overnight because I really didn't think I would get them so fast. I was so impressed I went to place another order about 3 or 4 days later. thanks again haze.io and I will be placing more orders again soon.

I also want to add how cool it was that they did a free giveaway for Valentine's Day. I would definitely go on Facebook and follow these guys. Once again hats off folks! You're doing a great job! Peace

I got my order today, 10 days after the order which was pretty darn quick compared to some of the others I have gotten from different seed banks! I received my few seeds a little over a week ago. Took exactly one week to get them. First time ever ordering. The two I put into rockwool popped out after 4-6 days. Not too good at this review stuff but it worked out great for me as a first time buyer.

Great customer service and pricing from both Jay and Flo. Their pricing beat my normal seed bank even with the extra stealth shipping. Only took 7 days internationally from date of dispatch. I ordered the extra stealth with the breeder packs sent separately and the beans came in some great crush proof packaging.

I received the breeder packaging separately 5 days after the beans arrived. I do like the option of having the breeder packets shipped separately, but do have a suggestion for Haze.IO. The breeder packets were just cut in half to quickly extract the seeds into the vials for shipping. For the £12.95 they charge extra for this service I would like to see them take a little more care in their handling. Those of us willing to pay extra for this service are probably collecting these packets and would like to have them in one piece.

The freebies were a nice selection and they even threw in a couple extra that I wasn't expecting. Thanks Flo & Jay. Overall, I am very happy with the sales & service I received from Jay and Flo and will be back in the future for my bean collecting needs.

Well hello there lovers. I personally used haze.io - cannabisseesforsale.com for many years.
I liked their human service as long the simplicty of using their webstore.
However untill april 24th everything was ok.
Then i made a purchase via pre-paid card that is acceptable at their site for years.
This time i got a message from them that their bank is holding the money under Pending status.
They sayd that there were a suspicious act - their database automaticly thought that i live in israel and the billing address is in india or some bullcrap like that.
Ok, never mind. I called the visa company and told them the situation, they have sent me all those forms to send haze.io so we can proceed with this normally.
But no, Haze.io - gave some excuses that its not their falt, that they wanna see all the details and such. No problem, i gave them all the information they have needed.
They said that they cant manualy decline or accept the purchase. They have said that it needs to get forward to their banking manager. Sure no problem, good luck jus let me know whats going on. so far, they havnt been responding to any email, facebook messages, and at their customer website.

At the visa company they told me that the issue is ordinary that people get it every day.
All got to do is decline or accept that purchase.

Overall they have the best prices all around. Very wide selection of quality seeds,

We tried our best to fix this problem for you as soon as you sent us your first email. However, it became clear that the problem is not on our end, but on the end of your bank instead. We never received a successful payment from you so there's nothing we can do on our end to send the funds back to your account.

Luckily, the purchase will be cancelled automatically through your bank after 8 days.

We're always happy to help a customer, but if the problem is out of our hands, there's not much we can do.

Have to mention a supreme custome service from team haze.io aKa CannabiSSeedSforSale.com - The visa company made me hell, not notifiyng me many things about that debit-pre paid card. I couldnt make it without the help of Jay and Flo that worked there asses off (Even on friday!) to solve this particular complex situation.
This time its 10/10 for Team haze.io !
cant describe what iv been through, its not about the money, f8ck it.
Anyways, this particular seed bank has prices better than the original farmers company,
For example where can you buy 3 auto blue mammoth for just 14GBP?
Pyramid seeds - auto purple for just 4GBP, 20 regular safari mix by mandala for just 16GBP Muhahaha and to get a free auto blueberry by dutch passion
This has been and will the best place to buy your seeds, either budget or commercial, you just cant handle their relible service its all just great

payed them on the 29th of april. still hasnt recived any email.

I've had a bad experience with them as well. These people are not keeping their word to me. If I don't hear from them soon, I will share my entire experience with them for better or for worse for all to see. It's just not right and I don't think anyone would want to be treated this way. So far, no good.
