Health Canada's surplus of MJ

If the injunction hearing that is set for March 18 fails and the MMPR is fully implemented, where can a patient tap the surplus supply that Health Canada has kept? I find it pretty egregious that the ability to sign up with a producer who can provide immediate medication on April 1st is limited to a few. Not to mention, registration might "fill up" for them as well, leaving no immediate supply of medication to patients.

What the **** gives?

I imagine they will provide it to LPs who can't supply their patients any other way, and let the LPs take the heat.

How is HC providing the LP's with surplus medicine from the previous regulations when most of the LP's have closed registration in regards to "supply shortage".
