Thats the same thought process that resulted in thousands of mmar leftouts a couple years back. Unless you simply cannot get an acmpr license I don't see why you wouldn't. The precedence has been set - they can't take medical gardens away.

no not at all!!!

you needed a ticket in a country that was not talking legalization!!!!.
only a new bs system temporary at that ....
there was never an idea just to let YOUR RIGHTS slide :???:
you had a choice!!!
New TEMP system or take it to court like some did and won!! (: lest we forget!!!!
your idea is far from what actually happened ..

First thing first - we're on the same side

Secondly, I have a very hard time understanding some of your posts - the above is one.

Thirdly, I feel my point is still valid. Regardless of impending "legalization". They will not be able to take medical growers licenses away unless the new system is the same or better. If they do try, there will be another lawyer fighting the case and another injunction.

I personally will not allow myself to be caught in a situation where I don't have a valid registration and I will not let my garden lapse.

I didn't have the "option to take it to court" but I'm damn sure going to ensure I can moving forward.

ANY SICK PERSON IN CANNADA can move forward ..no matter what..

thats a known fact..paper or no paper..
my point is..who cares about a piece of paper when it s going to be legal

seems a rather moot point if you ask me...if you are sick you need LEGAL MJ it will be simple right?!?! Grow it or buy it with no paper.....as everyone will do.
You would only need a script if it was for more than everyone else. (:

so who is to say how much everyone needs ..??? :)

see where im going now?
Not at you, Im at the system..

Stop crying GB, I go away for 2 weeks come back and you are still crying about shit that no one cares about, Yes it does take 4 months, but so what, in the meantime set your garden up, you know you will not be harassed.
Why are you telling people to not go into the ACMPR??????? Seems to me you are spreading miss info.

This is all coming from a guy who when I asked him to do an electrical job for a licensed grow he told me he can not do it because my insurance did not cover his work and he was worried that if he hurt himself he would have no one to sue......
If you are such a rebel then why do you act like a sissy???

the only one crying here is the guy who didnt get his work done...(:
I dont work for assholes and youve just proved my point.

AMCPR is TEMPORARY...f it take s 4 months to process that would mean the NEW system will supposedly be put in place..so...its a bunch of hooey anyone would register to a system which only hurts sick people with access...
working on the side doin shit work for shit pay is not worth my time ether.(:

In case you do not know, the ACMPR is temp based on the injunction, in other words, once they have a program that fits the MMAR folk, then they will do away with the MMAR once and for all, so in other words they will not even try to get rid of the old pinks until ACMPR has a good system. So until they make the changes the pinks will be grandfathered in. And if they are not happy with the new system they will keep fighting. So I am not sure what you are crying about???????????????????????
The other point I want to make is, do you call 5 years temp? how about 10 years? the mmar was around 10 years, now it is ACMPR, in 10 years it will be something else, so if you mean Temp sure, but we are already almost one year into ACMPR and no signs of change anytime soon. So I am not sure what you mean by temp????? like fuck a permit is only goood for 12 months so if it is a 3 year temp fix, then in theory you would still need to sign up because the temp status of the program still out last the status of the permit....

Once it's legal the medical program won't matter..that's why it's temporary...everyone is a patient these days...having to wait for months to be registered is ridiculous...why? It seems to be the only drug you have to register with the he government to use, yet booze and other shit kills people everyday...there is no common sense anymore.

Except theyve stated the exact opposite of that. Theyve said the medical program is staying, maybe not in its current form but its going nowhere. How exactly would that work legally and under what premesis exactly? Precedent has been set many times now

The same arguments used to get medical legal can be used for rec...(:

control cant be used as an excuse for rec either.
The closer we come to legalization the more medical patients will see their rights being taken away all over again using the same old arguments....watch and see....
right back to court.... bongsmilie

And there in lies the rub. Hellth Canaduh has been very explicit..."Cannabis is NOT an approved drug"..."all forced by the courts"!

the courts are the only thing that will see change is my point
not sure why anyone else cant see that
and court has been the only thing making the changes and with their hands tied by us!

If people can grow recreationally there will be no need to register with the government for medical. They will not be able to police it...that is a tool they are trying to use to discourage people from growing....medical is kind of a joke now...they're trying to force people to use their system, but their system sucks.

Except for the 4 plant limit. Sorry but I don't want to spend 4 months growing 4 plants when I can do SOG with 36-49 per light and be done in 8 weeks. Tha'ts where the medical would come in. Also they not once mentioned removing the medical system and even hinted on medical guys being able to sell. Well find out on April 10th.
