Heat issues

Attached is a picture of my grow cabinet (30”x30x60”) that has a 170 cfm inline fan, carbon filter attached and one 4” passive air intake at the bottom. I’m using a 400W HPS.

The problem I need to address is the heat associated with a Southwest summer and the intake air temperature approaching 105°. My thoughts on addressing this issue would be to install a small air conditioning unit inside the cabinet. http://www.homedepot.com/Appliances-Air-Conditioners-Fans-Dehumidifiers-Air-Conditioners/h_d1/N-5yc1vZ1xr5Zasfh/R-100588718/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053

Having the air cond unit set at 80° (monitoring continuously) and cooling the air within the cabinet while the CFM fan is set on a timer to draw in fresh air every 3? hours. Also, a small fan inside the cabinet for circulation at the plant tops.

I could use some advice on this idea.
