Heat Stress? Help?!

So I was trying to do a scrog grow so yesterday i cut the plant and saw a leaf curling in slightly but today after it was cut it looked like this. I'm thinking it is from heat stress and the shock of it being cut? I moved the light further away and i am letting it get fresh air because it was in a box before. If anyone thinks it might be something please help. The leaves do not look dead so I think i can still save it. Thanks !

That plant is too young to top. It also looks overwatered.
My advice to you is leave the poor thing alone!
I didn't know I read that you should start after the 5 fifth node but I think it was overwatering so I'm going to let it be for now and see what happens thanks!

Looks overfed and overwatered. I'd start over, it'll take longer for that plant to recover than it would to start a new one.

There are pros and cons. I wouldn't recommend coco for a new grower. Gotta get your nutes dialed in just right, so you need ph & ppm meters to check what goes in and what comes out.
For newbs, I recommend fox farm ocean forest straight out of the bag. It's a little strong for seedlings, but they get used to it quickly. Repot frequently and you get fresh nutes every time -- plus it gets progressively stronger because the old dirt still has a little kick to it.
On the last repotting, add some extra oyster shell or dolomite plus a little pre-composted organic fertilizer like eco scraps 5-5-5, and that mix will take you most of the way through flower. Around week 5, finish it off with SeaGrow (4-26-26, 4% sulfur) plus a little brown sugar (or molasses) for the microbes & you'll be happy with the results.
Just don't overwater...
