Heat stress/under watering during transition

So I went on vacation before flower started and ask my partner to water. We had a real bad heat spike and it appeared he didn't want for a week and flooded them right before I got home. Not sure if a few of the plants are salavagable burnt edges short pistols..... Unsure what to do any input would be appreciated. Maybe that situation is unrelated just trying to figure out what wrong. Exscuse the dirty nails just got done transplanting

They've stalled because of the harsh conditions. Correct it all back to healthy and the plants will respond with healthy growth. Damage adds time to the growing cycle. After they repair themselves. They'll take back off.

Is it safe to say it's a watering/ heat issue

could be....get a loupe and check it just to be safe, another pest has similar symptoms.
