Veg it flower? 88 isn't too extreme. Add more ventilation. More cool air in or more heat air out, or both.

I could put a air conditioner in the window to be honest just in a tough neighborhood dont want to get robbed because there is two windows in the room think the top window is messed up though it falls when unlocked

can you install the a/c and secure it and the window with screws somehow? so the a/c cant be pulled out and the window opened. board up the rest of the window maybe? or move, lol

You need to get creative.... Go in there and look around with the sole objective in your head of ways to pull and push air without drawing attention. Is there an attic above? Run an inline fan with ducting through the ceiling to pull heat into the attic.... Vent into other rooms.... Some kind of cover for your windows that allows you to vent through them.... Where there's a will there's a way.

What sort of lighting are you using? You could always look for a second hand portable AC unit if it's a small grow without heavy duty lighting.

3-4000 BTU per 1000W I'm pretty sure. Never used a portable AC but I think it should work you don't have too much to cool. I learned the hard way with high temps over how many lights before. Now it's all about environment first

Wait a second...

You're worried about getting robbed by putting in a small window AC unit where you can bar the window to prevent it being opened, but at present you leave the windows wide assed open with a fan in them for ventilation?

Have I got that right?
