Helios 2 VS Helios 4

other than the Helios 2 converting the power to 110 is there any difference between it and the Helios 4? If so why does the the Helios 2 require a 50 amp breaker and the Helios 4 only requires a 30 amp? I would rather only have to install and buy the parts for an other 30 amp connection vs a 50 amp...

Also anyone have any experience with Titan Helios controllers or any others that I should take a look at?

Figured out why the 30 amp vs the 50 amp and the differences between 110 and 220. I believe I will just go 110 since after replacing the ballast cords it will cost me the same if not more to go 220 and there is no power cost savings.
Still anyone recommend any other lighting controllers for me to look at?
