First grow, only two plants this time. This is my bigger girl, about 5 maybe 6 weeks into flowering, finally started popping out some trichomes a few days ago! Got a while week of sunshine forecasted from now till Saturday so hopefully things will be looking great by next week =) not gonna be a huge harvest, my plants are only maybe 2.5 ft tall... The way things are going it's gonna be only 2 or 3oz But I'll be happy with whatever I get off my first grow =) 20170910_103923.jpg20170910_104021.jpg

couple more wks
I'm hoping I can let her go a week into October but we'll see. This one flowered realllllllly slow and it was about 90% my fault with being unprepared for this lol. Didn't really give em any nutes and put both of them in the same container so they didn't really have a chance to get big... And where I put them is kinda too shaded most of the day. Ah well, next time so be better lol. Getting my indoor stuff set up next month and I bet that's gonna feel like starting all over with a new set of questions lol

She's been flowering about 7 weeks now, and the weather forecast for this week looks pretty nice. A couple days of mild rain Tuesday and Wednesday but it's followed by 4 days of sunshine and low 70's Temps =) hoping by next Sunday she'll be looking more frosty. I'll update with some pics probably closer to the weekend!

Updated forecast is sunny Thursday through Tuesday! =) I am a very happy lady! We didn't get any rain today like we were supposed to and isn't supposed to rain tomorrow either. Here's to hoping my buds swell up nice over this next week! =)

Looking mostly cloudy on the buds and starting to see amber trichomes on sugar leaves. Should I chop this weekemd or next?

The leaves are quicker to frost up than the buds. Do not use them making harvest decisions. You still have a while. All the white hairs will turn brown and the bud will swallow them up.
I'm definitely not going by the leaves. Top two pics are from buds. I'm just waiting to start seeing a few amber in the buds... Not many though because that's not what the people who I'm growing for want. Most trichomes on the buds are cloudy so I doubt it'll be longer than a week. I could be wrong, but given that all the pistils are half brown and have been starting to recede for a couple weeks, she's almost there. We've only got another week or two of outdoor growing here anyway lol. Depends on when the rain starts

Good luck with the weather. None of mine have made it to the finish yet. It's been 30 years since I've had this wet of a summer.

2017 has been a rough year! Especially this hurricane season, and then all the fires everywhere else. Feels like somebody's taking a giant shit on the US lol

Hahah yep. lol. I got a fruity chronic juice just about ready to be whacked. cut off a decent amount of rot so far. Prob a week early if i do cut it. but it is what it is. that's outdoor for ya lol.
I cut a couple of Ass Cheese {donkey kong X cindy's blue cheese} this week. One of them was real close, if not ready. Everything else I cut has been at least a week or two early. But after losing 4/5ths of my Poly Shunk 1 to rot, I'm kind of gun shy. No way for me to check daily, so I chopped half a dozen last week.
