3 times I had packages from Canada with an official Canadian Post Office apology written on plastic wrap over the package. Postal automation damaged the envelope and resealed it. Thanks Canada!

I think it happened to me four or five times. But they musta run out of letters - I had to look mine up on the internet and just assume which box they would have checked. Always got those awful t-shirts though.
