Help balancing soil Ph with water Ph please!

Hello everyone! I've encountered a slight deficiency. On my flowering plants (I'm roughly 35-40 days into flowering) On one plant in particular it seems as if the outer edges has received a burn of some sort now whether that be from nutrients or light i'm not sure. I turned my ballast down a notch just in case. also on another plant the upper leaves are curling under and slightly lighter shade of green (everything still looks beautiful and healthy) Someone recommended that it may be a nutrient lockup due to a combination of high soil Ph and water pH. here is a list of the nutrients i have been using:

Sensi Calmag bloom 20ml/5gal
Roots Organic grow 75ml/5gal
Roots Organic bloom 75ml/5gal
Roots Organic trinity 30ml/5gal
Roots Organic HPK 75ml/5gal (started use last week which was week 5 of flowering)
Hygrozyme 50ml/5gal
Superthrive 1.5tspn/5gal

CNS17 ripe (I have not began to use this yet but will during week 7, i was told to incorporate it with the first flush, then the second flush to use straight water)

I have a 10x10x10 tent. Perfect airflow and filter system, temp stays between 78-82degrees and humidity is at 38% I have 2 xxxl 1000watt hps bulbs. my ballast give me an option of 400,600,1000,and turbo. Currently they both are set on 1000watts.

Ok so my question is: Do i have an abundance of nutrients, am i over/under feeding at this stage in growth? my soil Ph is at 6.8-7.0 and my tap water is at 8.0. I start with my 8.0 tap water and add all the above nutrients, typically bringing the Ph down to about 5.3-5.5 and a ppm of about 1400. So what i do is i have another 5gallon container filled a little less than half way of water. I then add my nutrient mix water to that container and this give me a water/nutrient mixture containing a Ph of 5.9-6.0 and a ppm of about 1100.....overall i just want to make sure im on the right track, this is a first time grow and ive been exceptionally well up until these first signs of leave damage.....here are some pictures that may help! .....i plan on watering tomorrow so any advice would GREAT considering im getting towards the end of my harvest and want to assure all my lovely ladies success! here are some pictures! also if you have suggestion or comments in regards to what you see from the photos please give input! Im sure you will be able to see which plants im talking about through the pictures but i posted many just so everyone could see. Thank you, Jah Love
