new growth only? whole plant? just the top? deformed? Are they crispy?, soil, hydro? PH problems?

im terrible with diagnosing insects/pests

if its an insect issue id miss it

but I suspect your spray did something bad

stop spraying them

and the FFOF soil doesn't require much in the way of fertilizer for at least 3 weeks from the last up pot

are you over fertilizing?

how close is the light

90 is getting hot and it could also be heat stress if the lamp is to close

The new (light green ) parts seem to be OK, so I think the problem is mitigated. You fuck with the roots in any way, and they will do the same to the leaves.
You have issues with one of the metals, maybe copper or iron starting to show. I would up the micros you are using by 10 or 15 percent. That reminds me, I need to spray iron chelate today. I am testing the iron increases CBD claim. Go spray off those leaves with distilled water, don't make them full of fertilisers like that.
