Help! DIY LED build for 4x4 space

Hi guys , I've been a member for a while now and have had some great starts to all my grows but ' due to LEGAL problems all but 1 grow has made it full term..

A little while away from growing my beloved weed plants has given myself time to consider the direction I want to go with all aspects of indoor horticulture/growing weed lol.

I started using 600hps 4x4x7 tent with 4 plants in 3gal pots if soil then moved on to the LED hype and purchased some old mars300 along with a few Chinese 300w led also. I had some good results from the cheap epistar units to be honest ? Pulling .6gpm with the 600hps and 0.8gpw from the led.

At the time of using the led's ' I was only growing single plant at a time whilst using....
2xmars300=true draw=141watts per unit
1xwyzm450=true draw=105watts
1xwyzm150=true draw=52watts
Total 430/440 watts

Once I realized the leds I was using were RUBBISH!!!!!! Compered to the likes of cree/bridgelux/citizen ect; I was determined to source the "BEST light's money can buy 'until I saw the prices of the top bin led units $$$$$€€€££ lol

To say the least , I was a little taken back buy some of the reviews & video evidence from some company's all stating there lights are far superior than the rest??

Anyway, 12months later I've finally decided paying £1000+ for a ready build fixture isn't what I would be happy with considered the amount of DIY led build videos out there today from led enthusiast growmau/vitali from chilled led and so on.

I'm planing on flowering in a 4x4 tent and veg/clones will be in a 2x4 tent. I'm going to fully integrate led's to both grow spaces but haven't decided on anything apart from 'I want to use vero29 gen 7 chips because at higher drive current they smash! everything else in the range of 2100ma+. I also want to throw some reds/blues in to the mix but not sure on ratio of colours??

I'm thinking maybe:
6x vero29's 4000k bin B
2xMeanwell hgl320-2100b
Total watts from the wall around 600w

Iwant to bump it up to around 800w buy using 200w of smaller 3watt diodes but lm unsure to go with 4/1 ratio of red/blue? Or 4/2 ratio to compensate for the vero29 running at 4000k?

Timber led, do a vero29 framework unit that uses the same 6x chips run off hlg320 2100b for 600watts at the wall and 900 moles at 12"-18" from canopy.
I would like to run it a bit higher at 24" due to adding in the extra 3w diode's?

If any of you guys can help me with configuration/ratio of colour/spectrums i would be great full thank you
Happy growing people
