Help! Leaves all curling

This is my first time growing and the setup is indoors with 1 125watt 6500k CFL about 4 inches from the plants, 2 pc fans for intake and exhaust as well as a co2 canister pumping a small amount of co2 into the box. For now the box they are in is lined with foil, but i was planning on using mylar once i transplanted and moved them into a larger box. They are in soil and have been growing for approx. 2 weeks. I've been watering every 3 days with just water since I planted them and so far they've been fine up until last night.

The last watering was yesterday and was the first watering I've used nutrients in (general hydroponics - flora gro and flora micro) and i only used a couple drops worth in a gallon of water to start feeding them. When i watered them yesterday I noticed a couple of the plants leaves were starting to curl (in attached image i circled one of the curling plants). It was only a couple and I didn't think much of it and went about watering them as i normally would with the nutrient water. Today I checked on them before work and all of them are now curling. I only have a pic from yesterday and hadn't had a chance to take a pic this morning to show all of them curling. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this? I was planning on transplanting them this weekend and will be adding more lights once they are in the new pots but want to get this taken care of first unless the small cups they are in is what is causing the curling.

I really hope someone can help me get this sorted out and thanks for taking the time to look this over. I greatly appreciate any help i can get.

Over watering....

Over watering....
The cups they are in are clear and when I water them the soil looks pretty much entirely dry through the cups by then. Is it possible I just over water it this one time or should I water them less frequently, maybe once every 4 days instead of 3?
