help me pick out a light

I have a budget of 40 dollars and i need a light for my grow. Could somebody tell me what would be the best one to get and where? Any help would be great!

CFLs, get some Y adapters so you can connect two into one socket. $40 you should be able to get about six. Home Depot will have all that you need, make sure you get the right spectrum and all.

which is 6500 K or Daylight, Philips & GE are two name brand manufacturers.

I believe Home Depot sells two bulb packs for about $9.

I just picked up a "Y" adapter and they are only 2 dolalrs
