i need some help please i see tiny transparent worms in my soil the soil i have is fox farm ocean forest

IS THIS GOING TO FUCK UP MY GROW?

i put some rubbing alcohol and some 1 died and the rest went under the soil one just popped up my plant seems to be fine its forming 2 more leafs my plant is about 2 weeks into growing

Fungus Gnat Larvae

Yes they will fuck up your grow by eating the roots. Also the adults fly around and stick to the buds like flypaper, they'll be there until you smoke them.

You need an approach that kills eggs, larvae, and adults.

Use yellow sticky traps, mosquito dunks, neem oil, and perhaps a fogger that's safe for vegetable plants.

Gnats are hard to eradicate so persistence is key.
