~Help me with my new clones~

Hey guys,

So its been about 2 days now that my clones have been placed into red solo cups from their cubes. I want to start either LSTing or Topping, but I don't want to stress them out too much since they have just been planted. How long should I wait until I begin to do either of these?

Also some of the leaves were yellow/curled up, I'll take a pic soon and post it, but I was curious could this be as a result of stress or should I just prune these leaves off? Will pruning right now stress the plant out?

Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I don't stress them out too much resulting in premature death

I would wait awhile and let them root, move to a bigger pot, wait a little longer, and then start topping and training.
