Help me with some growing tips! just let it grow is my motto

hey guys, i was searching the net and came across ur website,
i have 2 plants setup in my bedroom on my window ledge where it gets full sunlight. its been about 3-4 weeks know and i was wondering how long should i wait before i start making it bud. im a first time grower and i dont use any fancy stuff. my brother used some Mgrow (Nitrogen = 15%) n it turned out great. but hes on the other side of the world in canada and im IN AUSTRALIA, PERTH.
soo and help on how to make the plant bud wen bigger just using the sun.
i dont intend on using any lights inside because parents will notice. h
so any help on how to make it "work" will be great.

(please keep in mind there are 2 plants, the first 3 pics and last pic are the same the 4th pic is another new one)

keep them inside at least 1 more week until weather permits. in the mean time research the hell out of the internet. use google video. use the advanced search option. use the grow FAQ. the more you know the better your plants

Don't grow in your parents house without their permission.

yeah my parents do know .it just they said no lights or anything that will cost money. so im letting the sun do its thing. soo how wud one budd outdoor plants
