Ok Im 2-3 weks before harvest and we just had a bunch of rain high humidity which is the cause.Yes Im running a de humidifier but humidity has been reallyhigh.Tonight I noticed some white mold on two lower buds.I have some sm 90 should I spray the ladies this close to harvest ,I am cutting the moldy parts off.Its kinda like a web like mold ,I had some on a plant earlier this year ,got rid of it and was doing ok till now.Or should I just harvest the plant now?It has not affected any others yet.I usually keep humidity in check but its been humid as fuck al day night last couple of days.

Also I check my plants daily and this popped up in less than 24 hrs.

pics? If its a web, then it could be bug related, but not sure until I see it?
Its not bugs Im sure of that .I found some pics of some other people buds with the same issue ,its white mycelium mold.I usually have sm 90 in the res,I started to flush and the humidity rose and there it was. The res next to it is fine but the buds in that res are younger and not as dense.Ive dealt with spider mites before I know what to look for with those bastards.I just dont know if I should try treating them at this point ,I have trimmed the moldy parts off ,and it sucks this plant is so sticky.I also aded some sm90 and silica back into the res for now with little compost tea.

Also if i do treat it with sm 90 as a foilar spray when should I spray since mold likes moisture?Maybe a hour before light on?

Bro I advise you rip that certian bud off and any other parts of the bud which are infected.so it doesnt infect the rest of the plant. You may lose a little bit of it, but youll save the rest of the plants from molding.

Cheers :)

Any sign of mould then get the plants choped early because you have to re feed so it will only get worse. This is why i keep saying water once aweek at max but when you do water wet them through and it will not harm the plant to dry out.Water on the same day every week and you will find the plant will not get mould. All you can do now is cut of the mould and salvage has much has possible. All because you water far too much dude.

Im not saying he doesnt overwater (Im not saying he does either, he said it has been humid), and I agree with watering less, but to set a schedule? Its impossible, things change. I say water when needed, everyones conditions are different. If I watered once a week my plants would be dead. Doesnt container size matter? Type of medium? Plant size? If u add an extra fan to a room u will need to change ur watering schedule, so I dont see how u can say that and act like its a rule to greowing.

Im doing mostly hydro,I do have a couple of clones in some soil, but those are fine,I never overwater in soil. After those clones are done,no more soil grows inside anyways. The humidity rose to like 70% in my room, its been 100% outside for a couple days now.I have cut the moldy buds and left the door open, with an extra fan and dehumidifier ,so far nothing more today, and the temps and humidity are dropping outside.Im gonna ride it out as long as they look ok tonight after lights on. It was only on two plants ,bottom buds ,not too bad 2 out of 15 so I hope Ill be ok.I know sm90 is good for fungal infections I just dont want to use it this late in the game.Oh and I sprayed the stem where the buds were removed with a little baking soda and distilled water. That shit grows fast.So Ill see how they are after lights off today.I had it a couple months ago and got rid of it with a little baking soda and water, now I have sm90 in my arsenal now ,usually in res except until I started to flush.I add silica to my res which is suppost to help fight off infection and insects. As soon as I started to flush, there it was.Next time I will have silica in from the start. My other reservoir which has had silica in from the start, looks fine.
I will update tonight.

Ok so I cut the buds that were getting moldy, and ran dehumidifier with fan 24hrs,no mold so far.I also added sm90 and silica back to the res to help keep them healthy.Luckily it was only a couple smaller buds, and I check my plants everyday so I caught it right away.
