Help, My Babies are Sick!

I started 3 plants in a Bubbleponics system about 2 weeks ago and believe that I oversaturated the rockwool cubes. My plants have not grown, but the roots have. I have cleaned it twice and re-added the nutrients, but there is a film on the cubes. Any suggestions on how I can save my babies would be greatly appreciated.

During the seedling stage, the plant will start to build up a nice root system. Above ground as long as they aren't visually impaired i wouldn't worry about it. Give them some time to get set
