Yeah, I got a nice rep message left by my favorite troll of all time. He's got a man crush on me and attempts to dry hump my leg all over the forum like the little lapdog he is.:dunce:

It is disturbing! That's what I told him when he told me about it! lol!

Sad part is, that isn't the only twisted shit she used to do to him, but I'll spare everybody those gorey details! :spew:

I wonder if he was telling the truth, or just coming up with the most disturbing story he could tell...thats the problem with these trolls, no fucking credibility...none at all, so you can't take they're word for anything...

I simply wouldn't waste my time with mg soil. I'd do better digging up some dirt outback. The problem with some of these nute manufacturers is that they got some crazy idea that weeds gotta die so they premix the soil with weed killers. Funny thing, some of the biggest buds I ever grew was in rock laced with weed'n'feed. In very minute amounts it acts like a plant steroid. I wouldn't do this deliberately but the smaller buds were in the ten gram range and some of the bigger buds were in the 30 gram range solid. After all the weed"n"feed was gone everything was business as usual. The bitch might have fucked you but in the long run the mariyuana god will pay you ten fold for sending her on her way. Get some good dirt, don't f*ck around.

Yea, don't fuck around, buy into the bullshit, oh, wait, I mean don't fuck around, take peoples word for it despite the lack of evidence, oh wait, that doesn't work either...huh....

Read a few of my posts and after that any intelligent person should be able to know fact from bullsh*t when they're done reading. Repot the plant in some good dirt and give it straight flouresent lighting, at least 80w. I don't grow in dirt.

If you don't grow in dirt, why are you trying to give advice on using dirt? Doesn't make much sense, honestly, but whatever...

I'm watching a side by side test running as we speak MG vs FF, so far they're neck in neck, so where are these facts you speak of? Don't worry, I won't wait necessarily, but I'll respond eventually... :blsmoke:

Just open your eyes and look at the plants. There's your proof. Stop cruelizing those plants. Give them a proper growing medium.

The roots have been damaged on these two plants that are in the initial part of the thread. Probably because it is being overwatered or the mg soil is holding to much moisture. I don't kill my plants, I grow the branches.

Yea, over-watered...not a soil issue, that would be a user error. By the way, couldn't help but noticed you ignored all three points, I take it you cede to them?

First time grower, last time MG user. Having similar problems. They actually did ok until I added nutes in flower. Whamo instant mess. A few fan leaves were not salvagable..

I'm not totally dissing mg. I scored a big bucket of it for $5. I used it in my F&D system for almost a year. It grew ok pot. It had crystal. Don't recommend it. But it will work in a pinch. Use sparingly. Neat how it turns the water blue. Great thing for people using color test kits. I recommend a mixture of #2 soil mixed 50/50 with a compound 50/50 mix of spagnum supermix and cow patties. If you use a plant pot be sure it has some rocks in the bottom and holes for good drainage. Henry Andres' loves his pot.

@raven you are right, however, I diluted the nutes to 1/4 strength and the plants were on 5th week of growth, 1st week flower. The overall plant seems to be suffering and the "bad stuff" has started moving up. The fan leaves I removed were completely scorched. What was startling is I had to take them off the day after nute and it happened that fast.

This is a pic of a not so bad one. I don't want to get into an arguement because ..well I don't, but I am also new.

The takeaway is that for a new grower...to think well the release stuff has run out after month, time to nute can obviously lead to trouble. The question I'll pose since I am trying to salvage the plant and for all noobs is should I leave this one unnuted for the remainder of the grow and should all new MG users leave their plants unnuted for the entire grow?

k, here's some things to keep in mind for mg soil, because they have timed release nutes you don't want to water as often as you normally would, because thats when they break down, I 've heard it said by more than a few that its best to wait for it to show signs of nut defenc before nuting because of the timed nutes, so i won't say for the entire grow, but through most of it, did that help at all? I'm honestly not sure if I explained that well at all...

That was pretty clear. I jumped the gun. I also flushed after this happened. Wonder if I should just let sit or flush one more time as that could further aggravate. Overall, this sounds salvagable?
