I'm no expert, but the fact that some plants are affected and others are not would lead me to believe that the problems are with individual plants and not your nutrient bath or anything like that. My guess is a problem with your roots.

Carefully check the root system of each plant, those with this problem and those without. Compare the roots of the healthy plants to those of the sick plants and note any differences. I noticed you're using drinking cups instead of mesh pots; is it possible that the affected plants are rootbound in those cups? See if the roots are growing out of the cups and across the bottom of your ebb & flow tray. Also look for signs of disease and rot in the root systems. You'll want your roots to be nice and white; if they're brown, black, or pretty much any other color than white, you've got a problem. I suppose that if the cups the plants are in aren't draining correctly the roots could be waterlogged. If you're watering for 30 minutes three times daily and the cups aren't draining well, then that's an awful lot of time for the roots to just be sitting in water, and this can damage them badly if left unchecked.

BTW, out of curiosity, what is the average temperature and humidity in your grow room?

well the roots escape through the bottom of the cups i have 3/4 inch holes in the bottom. the WHITE roots are coming out about a half inch out of the bottom of the cups. so idk if it could be root damage...

by the looks of these pictures is it possible to bring them back???
it got one of my best plants

You killed then that cup doesnt have close to enough room. you smoothered them. The roots will come from all directions and even if the entire bottom was cut out that would still strangle the roots.Try again and next time spend the 30 cents on a net pot

If they are alive maybe. They look about done though.Did you start these in rockwool cubes at least then put the cubes in the cub then pack the pebbles around them
