help please

i have about 15 plants at about 3 weeks old. i was wondering though if you dont give the the veg growth nutes is it still okay to give the plant the flowering nutes or will it get to heavy. is it to late for the veg nutes

Never too late for veg nutes. I still use mine through flowering, at a quarter or half strength, depending on how sensitive my current strain is. Keeps my fan leaves nice and healthy so they can do their job. Even if you use no veg nutes, you can still use flowering nutes - but start them out at a lesser strength, so they can build up to full strength - less chance of burning them.
