Can someone give me a list (or links) to what pre-paid debit cards (or gift) work for international use for seed banks?

I have been to walmart and other places and each one of them on the back bottom writing say for only within the USA (50 states)
It has to be a registered prepaid for international purchases, blame the patriot act. Greendot and whatnot can be used internationally, but are registered to you. I suggest either bitcoin, or going with a us seed bank

Lol a 1 year old article is old? Open your eyes and ears and listen to others who have a clue what they are talking about. Bitcoin has been out for years. If you seriously don't think bitcoin has been around for at least a year then I feel sorry for ya.

Banks want you to use their credit, why would they impose restrictions on themselves making more money. The restrictions you speak of were put In place to help curb money laundering. Not just for the cartels but terrorism as well. They are put in place by the government's.

Bitcoin is about as popular as the Metric System in the US. http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/121515/bitcoin-legal-us.asp

For those that don't know, the first bitcoin block was mined on January 9th 2009 with a block reward of 50 coins. Those coins are worth $267,150 at current prices. So it's been around for quite some time.
I don't understand all the arguing over why or why not pre-paid cards can't be used internationally. It really doesn't matter and I already posted a solution which involved purchasing bitcoin on coinbase with a debit card. All it takes is creating an account and then purchasing the amount of needed bitcoin. It can be sent straight from coinbase so there is no need for any additional software.

Bitcoin might not be that popular in the United States but it is being used and gaining adoption. Bitcoin ATM's are popping up around the country and many vendors accept bitcoin as a form of payment.

OK the article is a year old but its going back to 2011. That's old.

If America stopped invading placers we would have less terrorism. Terrorism is what happens when you invade countries like Iraq (illegally I may add) for oil and Afghanistan for the pipeline.

Bit coins are the preferred payment in most placers, its untraceable like cash but is also rising in price.

Any company can sell prepaid CC. Banks didn't like that over their obviously. I can get international use CC at the super market.( I think yanks call a super market a Store? Where you get grocery's from)

If i order from attitude do the seeds come in the package from the regular seller like this

or do they just come in little small bags, im sure some do come in little bags but was wondering if name brand seller will come with the package from them?
If you buy a full pack and don't request stealth packaging then yes they should come in breeder packs.

i have to call my bank ahead of time and tell them that i'm about to make a purchase for X amount from Y country, and they'll clear it. if i don't call them first, they'll decline it, and flag my card, i have to text them to unflag it. regular visa debit card, nothing special.
a few seed banks just won't take them, like the Vault, if i order from them, i have to use an alternate method like bitcoin, money order, bank transfer....i've been buying from true north seed bank lately, they have some great sales, and i can use my card with them no problem

If you don't choose guaranteed stealth shipping you get the original breeder pack. I always choose guaranteed stealth shipping now to be safe. They repackage the seeds in tiny ziplocs. With guaranteed stealth if you don't get your seeds they will reship them for free, without it you are out of luck if they get confiscate in customs.

I order "Stealth" with them and pay for the T shirt. I ask for the XXL shirts. There sizes run small compared to US. Pretty cool shirts. Never know what seed company shirt is coming.

I just received an order from Attitude and I never pay for additional stealth. I have always gotten my seeds without problems.
