ok so this is my first grow and everything was going fine but a week ago the top bud got burned due to heat made from my lamp making all the pistils turning brown and crispy. I have 2 plants and both of them got burned the same way. So one of the plants seems to be recovering real fine and is already forming a new bud but the other is forming some thing that looks like a bud but have no pystils and I'm wondering if it's some kind of hermie growth.
I'm growing from 2 feminized seeds lemon skunk greenhouse seeds with a 400 w hps.
I got on picture where you can see the burned are and next to it the thing I'm wondering what it is.
They are 3/4 weeks into flowering

The thing is that it has no pistils coming off it. As the others parts are creating really long pistils this could some sign of hermies? Or as I hope a new bud forming and the pistils will come out anytime this week

A jailed hermi by the looks. Balls and crab claws.

I would get a better picture before doing anything though.
I not sure but i can actually see some tiny tiny pistils coming off, if actuall pistils come out of it what would that mean.
Thanks for the replies by the way i kinda of a noob in the hermie subject

If only the top bud has these claws and balls, I would chop the top and hope that it was stress induced only in that top area if I REALLY needed the yield or get rid of that one plant altogether and not risk it. Again I would get a better picture first though to confirm in better light and more focus.

its only that part that im concerned because the rest of the plant its growing normally, im thinking of cutting that part but first i will wait a day or two just to get better pics and to see how that develops

Hermied buds. Not ever worth saving. Bagseed special. Inferior genetics. You know what it is now, next moves on you. Looks hot in there too.
