Hi there, i'm just wandering if theres any way to slow the height growth of my plants?

Ive got a Strawberry Cough female which is an outdoor, UK, organic soil grow 2 weeks into flower, but now its only 1 inch from the top of the greenhouse (6ft including pot)
I don't want to top it because the main cola is looking great, but i don't want it to hit the top of the greenhouse and go moldy against the plastic roof.
Ive heard about pinching the stem, but i don't know if its ok whilst its flowering, also bending it over?

Any recommendations apart from get a bigger greenhouse!

Help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance:lol:

take string and tie it down!!
dont top and it let that fucker go to waste
take stalk and bend while attaching string and tie it to pot or some other shit
it will grow right up again perfectly fine

tieing down or dropping the pot lower are bpth good ideas...just take into account that most plants double in size before their done bro...id hate to see ya have to scramble for more room when shes about 75%done and all sticky...good luck

Thanks for all the replies, my first post and wasn't really expecting much help!
Im on a roof top so digging a hole isn't a possibility, iv'e already taken up the paving slabs to give me another two inches! ha ha.
I guess ill tie it over, should it be like 90 degrees?

90 degrees is too hot for most strains but some may be okay with it. you want to be aiming for between 75 and 85, 80ish being optimum with 60% humidity.

Start off just bending it some to get the cells stretching so you don't break it. Then every few days pull it down some more and you should see alot of new growth out of the lower branches. Be careful you don't want to break it now!!! Good luck.

Hi WillC
I'm also in the UK, dreadfull summer or lack of!!. This is one plant in a bucket, it was 2 but thanks to advice gained from these chaps.......just got rid of a male. I use nothing but tomato feed (Wilkies own brand). The strain is Durban Poison. Chosen because it's meant to be a hardy plant, ok for our climate, when we get one!!:eyesmoke:

Can anyone tell me how to get a url for my images? do i have to upload it to the net? and if so where is it safe/easy to upload to? Might seem very basic but one guy i know had a pic of him smoking a spliff on his myspace, when he went to Dubai to DJ, they pulled him over,(allegedly because of his myspace pic) found 0.3 grams of weed dust in his pocket and gave him 4 years of which he served 1 and got out on a ramadan pardon last week!

Great shape plant by the way weigmeister, mine are are the same kind of height/stage of flowering, i planted from clones at the end of June. Luckilly i have them in mini plastic green houses which protects them from the wind/driving rain that were getting at the moment here in the UK, it also allowed me to force flower them more easilly by covering the green houses with tarpaulin (garden swing chair cover £10 from Wilkinsons) for 12 hours each night. I also get allot of ambient light being in a city so it helps to make sure they get complete darkness at night.
