Help w/Plant Height (Pics)

Hey, guys.
I'm on my second crop of these new seeds now (Blueberry and PowerPlant). I'm having a lot of problem with plant height and not much density. Here's the specs.

Blueberry/PowerPlant mix
1000 watt liquid-cooled lights 12 inches from plants
2 weeks veg time
40 gallon res w/Canna products
Change res once a week
Water 3 times a day for 15 minutes
No leach
No CO2
2 separate fans blowing on each box constantly (one of my friend's was worried they weren't getting enough air)
Temperature is 80 degrees
Humidity is 65%
Not much pruning (bottom 6 inches are removed)

Both pics were taken today. I just transferred from veg to bloom (1st pic) and haven't pruned anything yet. The 2nd pic is the left side. They've been in there exactly 1 month and I pruned the bottom 6 inches.

Any help is appreciated.

Thoughts....

May need to slow down on the watering, when i use rockwool i never water more than twice a day (sometimes once at night though). The containers seem a bit small but it's probably not the problem as they are stretching before they would ever get too large for the pots you got. I would say they are just in need of more light but with a 1000 watt i'm not sure what to tell you.

I'd say they'll stop growing as much now, and start producing plenty of bud with that 1000 watter, 12" for the tops, it should penatrate through most of that foilage.

Is the light an HPS or MH because a HPS will penetrating deeper than a MH. You could add side lighting ( If space and cash allow for it).

I also find your buckets to be small and they might be limiting the amout of nutes retained by having a tight root system.

they look to me like they are going to fill out plenty. I would bend those tops over and get an even canopy going tho.

Vegged for 2 weeks. HPS lights. 80 degrees or lower at all times. Canna line nutes.
