Help! What do I do - pics!

So my plant had tiny burn marks on it and I noticed yesterday so I moved my lights up around 5 inches more away from it, I am growing 2 plants and the other one is fine

today I notice the leaf turning yellow?

Is it gonna die?

room temp is at 20 degrees c

water is at a ph of 5 (I use ph down)

moss peat mixed with perlite

no nutes, 3 20watt cfls, 3,200 kelvin

will it recover, should I cut the burnt bit off?

ph of 5??????!!!!!!! most soil ph requires 6.2-6.8

my water ph = 5

and u said u use ph down !!! man i would be useing ph up

someone here told me to have my water at a ph of 5

normally my water without ph down = 7

what ph should it be??

Edit: It was a beginners video I found here what told me water should be around 5.0

Make sure you are not getting the leaves wet with the chemical water. Check for bugs in the underside of the leaves. Good luck JR

Any idea on why they are drooping? - I really want this to work or it would be a waste of money

[I would also get some bulbs in the 6500k range that 3000 to 4000 range bulb is kinda useless for the plant. You want 6500k for vegging and 2700k flowering bro, im actually growing my first plant with cfls right now heheh.
