Help with a Set up

Hi guys, very new on here but I was hoping someone could help me out with a few things on my set up. I plan to build a 30''x24''x54'' grow box with a homemade bubbleponics system. I plan on growing 4 plants and I was wondering what type light I should use for that size grow box with 4 plants but I need a light I can use for both phases around 150 watts if that is enough and what bulbs and exact setup would you recommend? Also any help with building a hydroponics system and if it is even worth it. Thank you and I hope to hear from my fellow smokers.

as for the light, CFL's would work, but I'd recommend a 150w or possibly 250w (only if you have good ventilation) MH with HPS conversion.
