FeroMax 126 x 3W

if you can fit this light with about 1'' gap between the light and the wall you would get better results that you had with the 250 watts. If you want to buy an led you can find many brands, some cheaper, some more expensive. But I can't speak for them all and out of the one I have tried (I have tried many) Fero has proven to be the better light and they have the best warranty. A bit pricier but I feel comfortable recommending this light because I have the 336x3 (same spectrums) and it rocks, IT ROCKS.

Have fun shopping buddy.

EDIT : This light Veg and flowers wonderfully...

Not to say that you should buy these, because there are better and cheaper out there.

A Pro Grow 260 would fit the bill nicely. I think that 250 or so led watts will rock that space.

6 plants sog's each yielding 1/2 oz or more when you get it dialed.

you might want to research Endo gro induction lights while your deciding, i found a great thread in the led section https://www.rollitup.org/led-other-lighting/506257-inda-gro-induction-8.html and although new, look to be promising. there a member, splifferous, that implemenpted these and decided to move his one plant tht was suposed to stay under hps to his endo gro light side because he felt like it just couldnt reach its full potential compared to his others. it seems to have a consistent .5g/ watt minumum and they run only a bit warmer than flourescents. theyre a lil expensive but have a 10 year warranty so thats awesome. i dont wanna sound like im throwing you a sales pitch, im just a little excited about them myself but cant have any heat so i can only consider led's currently. i have a grow area similar to your size and i have not started in that area yet, but am planning to get 2 ufo's off amazon that come with 2 year warrantys for $135 a piece, going for the more power used= more yield approach

Due to the height restrictions of your grow space, I would not advise using a LED panel that uses 3W diodes, it will simply be too intense for your plants.
A LED panel containing 1W diodes is what you need, and the best ones of those are made by ProSource (http://www.prosourceworldwide.com).
I own 6 of their 180W Illuminators, they are extremely reliable, and extremely effective.
You can keep a 1W LED panel as close as 6"-8" away from you plant (during flower) without bleaching or otherwise damaging the plant.
You'd have to keep a 3W LED panel at least 16" away from your plant during flowering to avoid damage.
The 180W Illuminators are on sale for $500 until Sept. 10th ($100 off the regular price).
I know it's more money than what you mentioned above, but they're totally worth it.
Not too mention they have a 3 year warranty and a 90 day money back guarantee.
If you grow a single plant under this light, giving it 3-4 weeks veg time, you will get results that look like you used, at least, a 400W HPS.
I'm not joking, and here are some pics to back it up.

Pineapple Express, Week 8 (of 10)

Sour Cream, Week 8 (of 12)

If you are interested in their lights, let me know, and I can tell you how to get free shipping.
