Its the first time i have tried curing and i let my buds overdry. Got them in jars now but the rh is 70. Is there a way of lowering this as i keep reading it has to come from inside the bud to cure properly

You're supposed to jar it up in a room that has low relative humidity to begin with, not a sauna.

Having already over dried it though, you're done. It's already over. If it's me, I leave it as is, hope the bud absorbs just a bit of that moisture (it might) over a 3 day period and then burp it and see what you have at that point.

You can throw a few fan leaves from a growing plant in the jar. That will moisten up you buds. Or even some lettuce!!!

What i want to know is how "overdried" are they at 70 rH really? Isnt the general target somewhere between 55-65 for final?

Ive pulled stuff off the cut stems 3 days out where the stems would still fold and still had some green. After 16 hours in bottles they were running 69 rH. Ive run them down to 62 in two weeks and the smoke is just getting better..
