Help with my indoor design 16x20ft.

So I was thinking of breaking it down into 3, 5x5 units. And then in due time cutting it into 2 sections. Kinda like the diagram I'll soon post after. So for now was planning on doing a 5x5 veg room, a 5x5 mother room. Separate from the 16x20.

I right now have 2, COB LED from timber grow lights.

Was hoping to put on of these and 1 of the cob LEDs. But I feel like it won't be enough.. The table is fine, but what do you think about 1 light in a 5x5 space? Or would 2 be better? I will then slowly bug and expand another 2, 5x5 rooms. But for now was going to build the one 5x5 and see how it works.
As well, I only currently have a 400 cmf inline vortex fan and a 160 cmf inline fan. In a 5x5 unit I'd usually use the 400 (with an added dial) for exhaust and 160 for intake. However, since I plan on basically connecting the intakes and exhausts with all rooms I was curious what I might need to achieve this? Would I have to literally buy another 2 intake and exhaust fans per room? Or is there some means that I can connect all 3 together with the same ducting a as equal efficiency ?? Any advice or constructive criticism is greatly appreciated, thanks.

No one?? I'm basically asking what strength/how many inline fans I'll need to effectively change the air within all 3 rooms efficiently. I forgot to mention that the 3 rooms are all flowering rooms. 5x5 ft. each within a 16x20 ft. growing/housing unit. I was hoping to get one huge intake fan, and some how effectively pull into one room, and then again into the second room, then third, then out the exhaust outside. The only dilemma I think I'll face, is that only the first room get 100 clean full air, then as it gets into the second it's depleted, and continues to deplete until the third room is close to stale. I'm not at all sure if this is how this would play out. Just my common sense. A part of me feels to bring in and as well exhaust enough to efficiently change the air within the room to a desired level, is to have each 5x5 flowering room fitted with its own exhaust sbd intake.

What do you guys think? I'd rather not use 2 in lines per 5x5 unit. Do any of you know of any means or advice to do what I'm trying to express ?? Thanks

Thanks for your advice, however I wanted to point out as I think I may have confused it a little bit intrying to explain. I have already two separate 5 x 5 units one for mother room one for a veg as well as another whole three, 5 x 5 units that I plan on turning into three separate flowering rooms. So don't worry about the veg don't worry about anything else, all I'm asking about is air efficiency within the three, 5 x 5 flowering rooms. So now with that said, so 400 in 400 out? Sounds pretty decent, the only thing is I was curious if it's possible to have all three rooms connected and then have one intake and one exhaust for all three rooms yet efficiently changing the air. Or will I literally just have to do 400 in and 400 out per 5x5 flowering room ?

Also I wanted to know if you guys thought I'd need 1, or 2 LEDs per 5x5 room? I posted an exact link to the exact Cobb LED light that im using. I don't really know much about LEDs other than that this is the best of the best . Anyways whether it's the best of the best i am just not familiar with the lumen output of these as I'm usually HPS and fluorescent user. Thus, would measure lumens per sq. ft. Now Im aware that's not how it works with LEDs and it's all down the wattage. However even know the wattage is I believe 380 I think it puts out as much as a 1000 W HPS. (Not entirely sure)

Anyways I'm just curious in each 5x5 room would I need one or two of these Cobb LEDs for maximum coverage?

Y ducting will split the exhaust fan between 2 tents but for 3 tents you might need another fan.
if the Led light is 380w for 25sqft is good for veg, so
2 x 380w = flower & yield around 2Lbs ish.

I am curious though for 16 x 20 unit I really feel like a 400 CMF fan just one for in and out is honestly not gonna be enough ... Can anyone confirm that?? And then if it will be enough to change the air efficiently then so be it but I feel like it would need more to officially change the air within entire 16 x 21 grow room? Thanks all for your device

Anyone? Apparently from what I found online, is I'll need an equivalent to 1600 cmf to change the air in the room every minute. Does this mean I seriously need to buy 3-4 400 cmf fans?

I think what I'll do is I'll continue with my original idea of cutting about 3 to 4 sections into 5 x 5 units within the 16 x 20, if that makes any sense? That way I can efficiently change each room by itself. Also definitely a new question I mean please forgive me for all of these last few posts I've never done a Grove this caliber I've done small 5 x 5 units and that's maybe about it I just done multiple ones this is really the first time I'm doing an actual enclosed structure of 20 x 16 so I'm not so much used to how I can efficiently utilize just about a third to about half of the structure and till I get the funds to fund the rest of it. In due time I plan on having entire thing full and nothing will be cut down into sections but since I'm only able to really fund about maybe half of the structure so far I want to enclose it so that I'm noT having to basically take care of the rest of the unit when there's nothing over there to even grow .


Anyways, I was thinking if I do enclose the units then I wouldn't be able to have the heater on the inside would it still be fishing if I have the heating units indoor AC units on the outside of the rooms even know none of the air or anything is really passing into that area ? For example if I have two 5 x 5 units completely enclosed I have air pumping into each of them separately from the outside and then as well to exhausts separately pumping to the outside none of it really is connected to the heater or the AC unit which would literally be on the outside of the 5 x 5 enclosures . That makes sense any help is greatly appreciated as I'm getting this up and going with in the next week and I'm getting nervous here as I need to get the last bits of equipment that I lack
