Help with setting up my grow.

So basically I have 2 critical mass seeds. I bought two 17"h x 19.5"w 30 gallon storage containers and plan on flipping one upside down and stacking it to make a tall container. I bought some rockwool cubes and rockwool and plan on starting them in a big 711 cup for each seed with rockwool. I have several questions... what do I do for lighting? Also what about cooling? Smell? Container size for when the seeds outgrow the 711 cups? Anyone think ill yield good? I plan on spraypainting the inside of the containers flat white. Help would be appreicated thanks!
