basil
parsley
mint/strawberry (dwarf types)
spring onions
ornate lettuce (little gem etc etc)

but too name just a few

it all depends on how much space you are willing to allow for plants. stringer plants like mint and starwberry will take over any sized plot my faves are dwarf strawberry and chocolate mint but they can take over a room if left untamed.

Fresh picked, home grown cilantro is absolutely amazing, nothing like what you'll get in a store.

Garlics and Basils have many uses in the kitchen.

Tomatoes have nearly identical growing needs as Marijuana, from veg to flower.

strawberrys i would go with alpine.

some will fruit twice a year and not once, BUT be warned these strawberrys are NOT no monster size. very small qaint looking things around the size of your thumb nail. small bush type and last around 2-4 years.

could keep them overwintered in grow room and allow them natures best when weather allows.

This is what I grow:

Tobacco, Tomatoes, Sage, Corn, and Aloe..... and maryJ

If you like to have base in your joint's I suggest the tobacco and the sage.
