Hermie troubles

I had 3 of my girls go hermie on me so I clipped the nuts off in hopes that they would go back to being girls but I think they are just growing more nuts. What can I do, do I keep cutting the nuts off everyday so they don’t pollinate the rest of my crop or is all my work in vain once they go hermie can they come back and can I smoke the bud they have?
Some basic info on my grow:
Age of my plants are 14 weeks and are Sativa about 5ft tall
They are currently in flower 12/12
I'm using miracle-grow with a pH of ~5.5 with 6 month fert in it
Tap water is soft with a pH of ~6.8 and I water every 2 days or so using the finger test so I don’t over water.
Room temp is about 68-72 F with ceiling fan on slow
I have 1 250w heat lamp 2 100w bulb and 2 120w flood, both "Natural light", lights are about 2 ft away
Grow room is 15'X10’

I would chop them down and keep the remaining females....but chances are that they were already polinated if this is the case i would leave them all be (forget about cutting off the nuts, they´ll just keep on growing back)...maybe u´ll get some good seeds..

yes you have a very serve ermie the only time i recomend keeping them is if you only have one plant or when they are very late to show like 6th week of flowering. my skywalkwer hermie shows one flower per node at 5.5 weeks. i harvest this lady early at 7 before that i try to keep the pollen sacks off. these will pollenate the entire room if you bud them with other plants
