Hey yall PLEASE I NEED SOME PERSONALIZED ADVICE about heat issues

Hey everyone I know I need an exhaust fan and also to bring in fresh air. Here is what I am working with. I have a grow box I built out of wood covered by plastic. I decided to make the space sealed after having aroma issues from my last batch. The problem is is that it is in a basement, and there is no external exhaust I can really do for a heavy exhaust fan to run out. I could run a hole out of one of the windows down there, but I would be fearful of someone then breaking in since currently I reside in a 'rough' area and the windows are boarded up to prevent such break ins. There is a side door up the stairs that I open during the day to get some fresh air in/ stale air out, but the temperature within the grow space itself will not budge from 90 degrees farenheit which is stalling growth.
As you can see from the pictures I do have fans going. I have a box fan flush with my 2 400 watt HIDs blowing air away, and I have two fans blowing air from below into the space, as to try and see movement, but no matter what the temp won't budge.
Please if you have been in a situation yourself where the "ideal" grow room wasn't feasible could you please tell me any ways I can make-do. I do plan on getting about 7 2 liters producing fermented CO2 next to the plants, but tell me is that worthless because of all the fans that would probably blow the created CO2 right back out?rollitup 002.jpgrollitup 001.jpgrollitup 003.jpg
