hay guy i have put a cutting in a dark cup with water. i also added a bit of organic rooting gel. The thin is now the water has gone like a bubble bath with loads of bubble. Should i change the water or is this normal from adding the rooting gel. thanks also first time trying this way of cloning.

did you add an air stone or anything to make bubbles? if not then yes change the water.. you can add an air stone to help out with root growth..

Rooting in water has the least percentage of success of all the techniques. Tepid water with a drop of your bloom or phosphorus will help with rooting. You should look at other alternatives if this doesn`t work well for you. Good Luck...JAS

You put the gel on the stem, not in the water. Read the directions.

yes i have got a air stone in there and yes i did put the rooting gel on the stem but the seems to with the water. I have changed the water but it still goes like a bubble bath.
