Im having a hard time with the fact that you dont use a humidity cover for one and do you run the thingy 24/7 or cycle it if so what cycle. I'm almost finished one cant wait to try it. I have two months grow experience and I think im hooked I have my first two girls in flowering of my first grow. I would like to thank everyone for knowledge and the patience with us new guys.

i have never used a dome on my cloner. i have a tutorial on a different site of the one i built. i will PM it to you when the site is back up.

it took the same concept of the cloner and applied it to the flower room. i have heat issues so i had to move the reservoir outside of the room. i love this set up.

as far as a cycle or 24/7. the way i understand it, the only reason to cycle would be to oxygenate the roots. if you oxygenate the water in the reservoir efficiently enough there no need to cycle. this work for me anyway. beside a 1min on 5 min off relay timer will run you about $90. i use two 60-100 gallon air pump attached to 4 air stones in my cloner and a 396 gph pump.

here are a few pics

the flower tube

this is the res for flower tube. its a 1596 gph pump. (overkill) 2 60-100 gallon air pumps on 4 air stones. the pump feeds a laser drilled spray line. this line is the replacement part for the aeroflow commercial models $10. the tube has a drain that recirculates back to the res. the drain is about 3" up on the tube. this makes a res in the tube, where there are 2 more airstone on 1 60-100 gallon air pump.

i use a dome on mine just to help keep the hum. up
yea to be honest, the only reason i dont is because i have never found one that would fit. i did use individual little cover for each plant, but that shit got to be annoying.

i would use a humidity hood to root the clones initially. they have no roots so u have to feed them thru there leaves..

some of you guys have put way to much money into this...just go buy weed

we smoke about a half a week. 3 smokers in the house. the cloner cost me about $40 to build. the whole system without lights maybe $150. you do the math.

i refuse to pay 350 a zip for the same shit i can grow for free. thats putting to much money into it if you ask me.
