house and garden feed chart question

Im using fox farm soil in 7gal containers. Got plants already in veg (about 2' tall). Im trying to use the house and garden feed chart but it only states how much of each thing to use per gallon under week 1,2,3 etc. It doesnt state if thats every watering or if i divide it up into equal part over that week. I water every 2-3 days and need to know if the chart states use 1.1ml/gal for week 4 is that 1.1ml/gal every watering or is that 1.1ml/gal once a week?

Sorry if this has already been asked but i searched and couldnt find an answer.

the fox farm soil has enough nutes in it to feed the plant for three to four weeks. What I do is water it with nute water then water it with reg water until I can barley notice the plant needs more and feed it again. for me its about three or four plain waterings for every nute waterings but fox farm soil is very strong so make sure it needs it...
