How come RIU does not use "https" web encryption?

Since trump is signing away our internet privacy how come rollitup doesn't use this type of web encryption? doesn't make sense, Something is better than nothing. Without it every link I go to my Isp can log and track my movement. Not paying for a vpn and already tried using a proxy server but as usual RIU wouldn't let that fly either. I live in a Nazi state and with Trump signing that deal im just going to visit until RIU can help me out with privacy. Any advice on this admins?
