How do my plants look? yellow dying inner leaves

these plants are about 3 weeks into flower., the buds seem kind of small. i have noticed that inner older leaves are dying, and the ones that are on their way are yellowing, is this normal? i dont want it to spread to the rest of the plant.

or maybe the light is too close?
it seems early for plants leafs to turn yellow some time when its late in the flowering stage some fan leafs die off from lack of sugars and energy because the buds are taking up all its sugars and energy to grow as big as possible.
