okay another quick question...what is the best shape of a plant?like i could probably make a circle all the way around the bucket, have a tonne of tops...but is that any good or worth it? or should i let it grow some height now?

+ shaped. circle will have larger growth near the base than the end of the circle.

Instead of LST in THAT CONTAINER ... Transplant into at least 3 gallon ..
This is the time its root mass will build and you dont want to root bound it when you are getting new growth.

I'll bend once and hold her down the first time around 6-8inches tall let her grow out 7-9 days and hold down all the arms off to the sides with ties. Then she will give you a nice bushy low pro canopy. I've had to lst like this for years because of height issues.

well you were right on the rootbound...pulled the solos and it already began to rootbount...so its in 3gal containers now,I have let it grow a bit and then tied it over once again! and insane amount of growth on the lower portion of the plant, some of the new tops have 2-3 nods already...and here is an update pic on the plant
