How important is it....?

How impotant is it to dry and cure in complete darkness? Does it really degrade THC? And if so, is it a noticable difference?

things cant always be done the best way
i would worry more about doing a good job curing

i have never dryed in the dark my shits always been primo does any body know where this idea came from any data to back it up?
