I have a bunch of beautiful plants right now at 7 weeks and they are so frosted i have gnats flying into them and getting stuck. I want to use azamax but i dont know if it will affect taste. Also i dont think Diametacous earth will affect taste if i put it on now or would it? Im thinking about just getting yellow stickies and putting DE down. Does anybody think it will be bad if i used azamax now? God Damn the motherfucking gnats. I can't have them getting stuck in all my fucking buds. anybody got some good suggestions?

The flying gnats will die naturally after a few days. You need to worry about the eggs in the soil. Lay a 1 inch layer of clean sand on top of the pots. This will stop the new gnats from getting out after hatching and will effectively kill them. The flying gnats won't be able to get into the soil and lay more eggs. In a couple of days, your problems will be solved...... and water normally.

what are you talkin about??? I dont know about you but this is how i make my living buddy.

I dont have mites i said gnats.. why the hell would i turn my whole crop (2 lbs) into water hash? because a few gnats got stuck in the buds u gotta be fuckin kidding.

Besides if worsst came to worst i could tweeze out the individual gnats on the leaves when im trimming. then there will be no bugs in buds dude.

1. The no-pest stips can be dangerous if you spend too much time in the room. There are warnings all over the packages. I've tried them and they were ok, not great but I have a large room.

2. I use the white playground sand- it's cheap, clean and a fine texture. I wash it first, just in case and then take the wet sand and place a layer across the dirt at the top of the pots. It's very effective as a barrier.........actually the sand in the above post is the cheapest (crappiest) sand you can buy. Buy playground sand- it's a higher quality. But probably any of them will work fine.

just don't do it, if you're 7 weeks in hit em with Mighty Wash, Azamax is the best shit, but I wouldn't spray it on something I wanted to smoke.

i dont know what your talking about, did you even read this thread? i dont have mites.

im not gonna spray them with shit, what is wrong with some of you people. Im at 7 weeks

spraying anything is not going to stop gnats from landing on leaves and getting stuck to the trichomes.

Put some play sand down. Hopefully everything will be all better now. I have used everything else and nothing else works azamax, neem, mosquite dunks, and the gnats still come back. They are super gnats.

I have used the azamax and they came back. I did not want to repeat the azamax because im pretty sure neem kills off some beneficials. So i put the sand down. That way the gnat larvae can become food for my beneficials hopefully.
