How long till i can flower?

I'm just wondering what the shortest possible time is before i can flower a plant? Do i just wait till its out of the seedling phase (~2weeks?)?

is it a sativa or indica?!?

Its skunk. I think its a cross? Indica/Sativa

you can start 12/12 from the day you plant. just keep in mind that the longer you can grow in vegetative (all other things being equal) the higher your yield will be.

but you don't want to wait so long that once you switch to 12/12 (and your plant triples in size!) and grows right into your lights.
