I currently have 2 65 gallon smart pots outside. 1 pre 98 bubba and 1 sour diesel. Both from clone.
I don't have any sort of large container to mix a lot of nutrient so I'm just qurious how many gallons of nutrient amended water for each watering?? I have a hole close by that can be utilized but how should I go about it? Bushier one is the pre 98.both are just over 5 feet. I am using tiger bloom 2-8-4

when i used 65 gallon pots i would just use a 5 gallon bucket for mixing nutes for each pot. i also watered every morning straight from a hose bc sac gets so hot.

I feed mine a light tea once a week 5 gallons a plant. 2 coffee cans of worm castings,2 cups of Mr Bs greentrees growth & chicken manure for some nitrogen.

I bought a food grade 55 gallon drum.. cost me $15-20 bucks.
I have 17 100 gallon and a bunch of 45's.

I used to fill it then dip my 5 gallon bucket.

Now I have a pump, hose and watering wand with a water meter on it, so I can see exactly how many quarts and gallons I applying per plant.

Remember that if you're premixing your nutes in a large container or drum to not mix more than you'll use in a week or so. Nutes can separate from the water and sink to the bottom and will even degrade in heat and sunlight. I always mix only what I need each day and water everything until the mix is gone to be sure the plants are getting an even feeding.
