how many times do I have to watering it and does it need nutrition ?

it's been a weekIMG_20170819_090920.jpg since it started growing let's say 10 days since I planted it... what do you think guys ?? do I have to put nutrition or it's too late ?? and how many times to watering it..? my huge problem is that I planted it too late the summer is almost gone what to am I gonna do when the Autumn comes ?? any advice ?? it has already started to smell awesome

Tie those branches up with a stick so they make a T shape. Then it will put up a row of colas.

Plants look healthy, no need to add anything but good quality water, and only enough, not too much or you choke the roots.

#1: Time to buy a light and learn to grow indoors.

#2: As far as feeding goes,
What is the media their in?
Soil? What soil?

Many soils will "feed" for 24-30 days. When the available nutrition begins to run out. You begin to feed.

If the leaves start to get "lighter" green in color and the stems get more/deeper red or purple.....That's your sure sign to start feeding.
