Very nice plant Green, they have a couple of weeks to go though. If you look at the "hairs", you have some that have turned brown/redish now, but also a ton of white ones. You want to wait until most of those hairs have turned/curled, then look at the trichs. They'll also fatten up quite a bit more in that time.

I'm watching the trichs closely. The foxtailing though is throwing me off. He buds hairs are almost all brown but the foxtail keeps throwing white hairs. Will they just keep doing that or eventually give up and all turn brown. You don't think I'll have 10% amber trichs by next Friday?

Yeah Imo, checking the trichs at this point is not necessary as it's too early. Overall maturity of the plant/buds has to be there first before even bothering with the trichs imo. Some will keep throwing out white hairs but not like the state they're in now, just the odd new white hairs towards the end. It's fine to harvest those that keep throwing out the odd new white hairs. But those in the pics are at least 2 weeks, could go 3 weeks before they'll be ready. Anything prior to that would be pulling early and losing potency, regardless of whether you see them amber up or not.

Foxtailing can be from lighting levels and they will keep throwing new pistels if it is only on very top, however some strains will foxtail no matter what if this happens all over bud top to bottom its more likely a strain trait, groerr is too right there is at least a couple left stop worrying bout the chop n ding to those bitches for a while lol

Sing to the plants! Yes, the vibrations from your voice traveling through the air and hitting the plant will help the buds grow HUGE!!! This is super special secret grow technique number FOUR written in the grow manual of the Advanced Russian botanical testing facility in Chernobyl

I'm thinking if we didnt exhale the life giving carbon dioxide(plants die without) plants could give a fuck what we say or sing.
Most modern electronic devices now use Direct Current (DC) power. These devices are equipped with switch-mode power supply (SMPS) converters that convert the alternating electrical current (AC) from the wall outlets into DC current.

These SMPS converters can create dirty electricity – which are then added to our electrical wires.
(CFL) bulbs are believed to be among the worst contributors to dirty electricity. They use ‘pulsed electronic technology.’

These new bulbs, unlike the old incandescent variety, switch on and off some 20,000 times per second. It’s this switching activity, which breaks up the normal 60-hertz sine wave of electrical power into fragments, returns the unused electrical fragments to the electrical system and thereby creates dirty electricity.

Compact florescent light bulbs add pollution to house and office wiring in the 50 to 100 KHZ range. One CFL bulb can contaminate the electrical system of an entire house when it’s in use.
ground current. According to Dave Stetzer ground current has become a major problem in the U.S. since 1992 when the electric utility companies started using the earth, the ground we walk on, as if it was an electric wire. Previously utility companies used a neutral wire to return unused electricity to their substations.

Since 1992, energy companies have decided to just run wires down the side of electrical poles into the ground.

In North America ground current is now practically everywhere. These dangers are compounded by the presence of large amounts of dirty electricity – which flow through the ground and our electrical wiring.

Dirty electricity does not stay in your wiring. It manifests the skin effect. It travels on the outer skin of the wire and can easily radiate through walls into our living spaces and our bodies.

no amount of singing will cancel a single lit cfl and its negative vibrational effects running in a home

(yeah, invisible high freq flickering of the cfl's that we cannot see, I've warned family/friends about this for a while, fucks with your eyes and brain. The cfl's do more harm than most people really know. You're right! save electricity compared to incandescent, who cares, the negative effects outweigh cost. It's crazy to think that incandescent bulbs will soon be inpossible to find. Forced eye and brain damage on us, in a way.)

(I'm playing Mozart for the plants.. LOL!)
j.k.

Dam good info for everyone, I will say though even through a speaker scientific evidence shows that music such as jazz ,classical etc has good effects on plants whilst death metal will cause plants to grow away from the source and even show signs of fighting for life .,. Death metal kills plants on a cellular level lol . I bust Bob Marley three little birds most days I check my ladies :peace::bigjoint:

you mean like MythBusters?:P

Lol actually ..... In 1962 Dr T.C.Singh head of botany at India's Annamalia Uni did just these experiments found an up to 72 % increase in biomass and 20% increase in height with balsam plants in fact he concluded that the plants were most responsive to the violin as well as some forms of raga .

More to life than mythbusters people
